When an infrared lamp pops on your production line, you don’t just lose a bulb. You lose money. Every hour that machine sits cold is a hit to your wallet. You can either play the waiting game with the original manufacturer—filling out warranty forms and hoping a part ships in a few weeks—or you can find someone local who can actually get a tech on your floor by tomorrow. Paperwork doesn’t fix machines. The way big OEMs handle service is usually a nightmare of centralized hubs. You fill out a form, wait for a ticket number, and pray the part is even in stock.
