The Power Behind the Fix

We size the tube to match the part exactly, so the heat hits the target area perfectly—no scorching the spots right next to it. Built to Take the Punishment
The emitter itself is wrapped in a quartz tube, and there’s a good reason for that. Quartz can handle the constant shock of heating up and cooling down, over and over again. We coat the tube with a special reflective layer to make sure all the heat goes where it’s supposed to, wasting less energy and keeping the rest of your machine safe. And it uses an R7s base connector—the standard for these powerful lamps—because it can handle the high current and the heat of running non-stop. This thing is built for the relentless pace of a 24/7 production line.
How It Works on the Floor
Here’s where the magic really happens. Once you hook this IR heater up, it goes right to work on the plastic surface itself. The intense infrared light gets right into the top layer, just enough to re-melt the polymer and let those stressed-out molecules relax. That’s what wipes out the flow lines and gloss defects that come from the pressure of injection. The end result? A surface that’s even and consistent.
