Most of their energy is packed into the near-infrared band, so the surface grabs the heat immediately and gets the weld interface up to melt temperature in seconds.&#xA;The power and electrical specs are built to drop straight into industrial machines. Most run at 400V, which keeps the current draw reasonable while still delivering the wattage you need for quick cycle times. And the tube length? We set it at around 300mm because that fits snugly into compact heating heads and tight tooling spaces.&#xA;Here&amp;rsquo;s the catch, though: packing high watt density into a short tube makes things hot. Really hot. Your machine needs solid airflow and smart thermal management around the socket and reflector. If you&amp;rsquo;re running full power nonstop, expect surrounding components to feel the heat—plan for heat shielding and leave enough clearance.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
